2008 COMMISSIONER ELECTION RESULTS

Steven Nicolet is officially the new Commissioner of The PYX after defeating Rachelle Sova in the General Election.

The Inauguration Ceremony will take place on February 8 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at 10:00 am in the Dean Smith Center.

Dignitaries from around the globe will be in attendance.

Here is the breakdown of the election results:

Total Number of Votes = 16 1 vote for Peter Tadros (as a wite-in) 3 votes for Rachelle Sova 12 votes for Steven Nicolet PERCENTAGES - 44.4% Voter Turnout over all - of that, 75% voted for Nicolet; 18.75% voted for Sova; and 6.25% voted for Tadros. - Only 33% of the total PYX body voted for Nicolet.  That leaves 66% of non-voters that could have turned the tide for Sova.  The bottom-line:  Your vote does matter. All of the ballots are currently being counted by a third party independent ballot tabulation firm (MPC, LLC.).
