DAY 10

And Then There Were Three?

It always comes down to 2 teams in the Championship...right? Well maybe not in The PYX. We have come down to the last game of the Basketball season and there are three pickers who appear to have a shot at winning the title.

Meredith remains in first place with 103 points. Basically, if Michigan State wins it all, Meredith will win it all. Jon and Brian both have 93 points for 2nd place. A 10 point reward is given to anyone who picks the eventual champion...so Jon & Brian have a shot at tying Meredith for first place IF North Carolina wins.

We have NEVER had a three-way tie for first place. If this happens, then we will have to shift into tie-breaking mode.

For those who are familiar with the "PICKER BILL OF RIGHTS", you will remember the 10th Amendment which states:

Section VI: Tie-breaking System
1. Tie-Breaker #1 will be the one that has the most games correctly picked.

2. Tie-Breaker #2 will be the one that is the closest to the total combined score in the final Championship game.

So if we look at the number #1 tiebreaker, you'll see that Mr. Jon Schulz holds the advantage over both Meredith and Brian.

If MSU wins, Meredith wins.
If UNC wins, Jon wins.

GOOD LUCK!!!
