Article VI, Section 1, Paragraph 2. The Commissioner has not reported the financial status of the PYX. This brings about the question of embezzlement.

Article VI, Section 1, Point B. The Commissioner has not appointed a Vice Commissioner as commanded by law.

Article VI, Section 1, Point F. The Commissioner has not appointed a Judiciary Committee as commanded by law. Does this mean that Mr. Haranczak is trying to avoid a judicial committee investigation?

Article VI, Section 3. Did the Commissioner take the oath of office? As a matter of fact he did not!  How dare you desecrate the sacred office of the Commissioner, Mr. Haranczak. 

Article IX, Section 4. How can anything be declared "MOOT" if the Commissioner has not made any appointments?

Article X, Section D, Point 11. Lewd and Lascivious behavior.  It has come to my attention that Mr. Haranczak did in fact expose himself to another picker in 1996 (Gary Bonn can testify to this). And what about the "panty incident" with Paula Nichols??

Article IV, Section 1, Point A. Commissioner Haranczak was not legally elected into office. There was no election this past year. Ladies and Gentlemen, I question his very existence!!

What do you have to say for yourself Mr. Herasssmack?! The pickers of this league want to hear your categorical responses to each of these eight accusations and violations of the LAW!

Keep in mind, Mr. Haranczak---in accordance with the Punishment By-Laws of Article X, Section D, you may be "fined, suspended, and incarcerated!!"

According to the Constitution, you should be incarcerated.  Do you want to do jail time, Mr. Commissioner?

I will not even bother waiting for a response from you.  Consider this memo your official invitation to your impeachment trial, sir.
