Paul Landry's Campaign Speech:
Dear
Fellow Picker, I
would like to remind you that 5 years ago Gary Bonn
(and others) had a great idea in starting
the picks and I am forever grateful for that.
But as the league has grown year by year, we
all need to understand the basic concept that this is all for fun!!!!
Let’s not accuse nor show anger, but understand that this is a
great stress release from our very busy lives that we lead.
We do not need to fight from within the Picks league, we just need to
better our honesty towards one another and to allow ourselves to be human. As
an administrator within the human service field, it is my job to understand
people and to respond to their needs. Also,
as a fellow picker myself, I want to see this continue but to have balance
within the league administration. I
want this to be fun and enjoyable for everyone!!!!!!
Vote for someone who can get the job done and be honest. Here
is where I stand on the issues at hand and I’ll be more then happy to discuss
any of them with you!!!
(You may not
pick a Thursday night game, then wait and submit your Sunday picks on Sunday
morning.) -
All
pickers have the right to be in the playoffs. -
Kevin Haranczak should request to transfer into the National Pickers
Conference.
All pickers should have the right to vote
on this relocation after the request has
been made.
I want all pickers to know that that "I Will Do What's Best For You!"
