PYX SUPREME COURT RULING 1.0

It is with great personal restraint that I have made the decision as Chief Justice of the PYX Supreme Court to let Matt Cushman in as a picker this year. On a side note I must say that I have reached this decision with great pain and stress. However as the newly appointed Chief Justice, I must put aside all personal feelings of hate and distrust and let Matt Cushman in. Mr. Cushman will be monitored closely and must abide by the rules of the PYX Constitution. If he fails to adhere to the rules, then he will be dealt with severely.
This is the first ruling of the PYX Supreme Court for the 2006-07 football picking season. Any PYX Supreme Court minority opinions will be duely noted for the record.

I now move my decision to Commissioner Tadros for final approval.

Thank you Chief Justice for your ruling. I will not use my Veto power to overrule the decision made by the supreme court. I strongly believe in our system of check and balance between the branches of the PYX governing body.

Therefore, Mr. Cushman is IN!!
