From the desk of the Commissioner...
Matt Cushman is the Picker of the Week.
He had the best record going 11-3 and he remains undefeated at
3-0 by winning in overtime over previously unbeaten, Ryan Thome.
Cushman sets a new PYX record by being the first picker ever to
start a season by winning the first three games in overtime.
He has benefited from 3 consecutive Monday Night low-scoring
blow-outs.
There were two other dramatic overtime wins in Week 3.
Mike Colliau edges out Kevin Sandoval and Brent Van Wieren
squeaks past
Al Nowak. Colliau and Van Wieren remain undefeated.
There are now only 4 pickers left who are unbeaten (Jay Zink is
also 3-0).
Brian Klingenberg of Hamilton and Ryan Thome both have the
overall best picking percentage at 32-14 (.696).
As you may have noticed, there has been intense debating over
"Forfeit Credit" and "Form Validation". These two issues
were discussed and then put to vote. The ballot box is
still open and I encourage all pickers to exercise their right
to vote. You have until Sunday to cast your vote. If
you need any clarification on the issues, please contact the The
PYX Front Office.
The PYX Store is up in running and the orders are coming in.
Order a T-shirt or sweatshirt and wear it proudly. Let
everyone know that you are an exclusive member of the number #1
picking organization in the nation. And remember, the
proceeds of every purchase you make goes directly back into the
PYX Annual Fund. The PYX Annual Fund is used for the areas
of Greatest Need of our league.

Thank you and good picking!
Your Commish.
