Commissioner Tadros Press Conference,
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites
Brighton, Michigan
Kevin
Haranczak is the
"Pickers of the Week" . No one else could
match his picking power in Week 9.

Haranczak Dunks the Competition |
Kevin compiled a 10-4 record
which is the best picking since Nate Lucas went 10-3 three
weeks ago. And once again, Mr. Haranczak adds another
"Loner" to his picking resume'. He was the only person
to correctly pick San Francisco to pull the upset over
Minnesota.
For the first time all season
(and all of last season) there were no overtime games!
Straight-up picking decided every game, fair & square.
There were a few key battles that took place:
Haranczak over Van Wieren, Gary over Jeff, Harryman over N8
Dog, and Jay Zink over Brian Klingenberg.
The Division Leaders are:
Jay Zink, Don Zysk, Matt Cushman, Jeff Nichols, Joe Thome
and Zander Firlik. There is a 3-way tie for first
place in the North and South Divisions: David Seelye, Linda
Dalman & Steve Harryman --- and Paul Landry, Rene Garza and
Mike Colliau.
There are no more bye weeks and
everyone has completed 8 games. We are now at the
half-way mark of the regular season.
The overall best picking
percentage is still held by Brian Klingenberg of
Hamilton (84-44) which is .656. Klingenberg has lead
all pickers in this category the entire season.
The overall best records in the
league are Jay Zink and Don Zysk. Zink & Zysk of Grand
Valley are 6-2 and all alone at the top (just like the Grand
Valley State University Lakers in DII Football).
Monthly Web Traffic Report
Each month I will
compile a report that shows how many visits the PYX website
receives. The new website was created in July this
summer and the season kicked off in August. We
received 12 more visits during the month of October than we
did during September.
Our record is 288 people have
visited the PYX page in one month. November is off to
a good start...we may break the record again this month.
Tuesday has more traffic than
any other day of the week and the most popular time of the
day to visit the site is 11:00 am. The most popular
pages people have visit (in order of popularity) are:
1. The PYX Homepage
2. The PYX Forms (week 7, week 8, week 9, etc)
3. The Forum
4. Standings
5. Commissioner Corner
6. Schedule
7. The Kevin Haranczak Football Card
