The Chauv-Colliau Proposal

We hereby propose the following change to the constitution of the PYX:

"A deadline must be established when making picks each week.  This deadline must be the "Kick-off" of the first game of the picking week.  Furthermore, there shall be no changing or re-submitting of picks or tie-breaker points after the "first game kick-off".  Any picks that are received after the start of the picking week will be considered MOOT.

Example:  If the first game of the week is Sunday at noon - then Sunday at noon will be the deadline.  If the first game of the week is Thursday at 9:00 pm - then Thursday at 9:00 pm will be the deadline.  The deadline is for ALL remaining picks for that particular week of picking."

We ask that this by-law change be added to the PYX Constitution - Amendment IV, Article I, Section E, statement 2.
